There are many treatment options
Incontinence in women is extremely common and, unfortunately, is something we accept as a fact of life. The good news is there are many treatment options now, both surgical and non-surgical. These treatments can drastically improve the quality of life. Your activities will no longer center around the close vicinity of a bathroom or the clothing that you can wear to hide a pad. When we are evaluating incontinence, the most important part is a good history. This helps us determine the type of incontinence and, therefore, appropriate treatment.

Surgical Solutions
The decision to grant medical disability any earlier in pregnancy will be made honestly, carefully, and will only be granted for medical illnesses that may affect maternal and fetal health. Disability will not be granted for symptomatic complaints that stem from the normal physical or emotional changes of pregnancy.
In most cases, we try to achieve improved symptoms non-surgically before moving toward an invasive procedure. Medications can be used in some cases, but can have side effects and are generally long-term. We offer in-office non-invasive options to improve your quality of life.
